DISCUSSION:

At the moment, one of the key development trends in economy of Russia in general and its regions is greening of the industry, which includes formation of the industrial waste treatment sector.

Use of industrial waste in the national economy results in cross-sector effects and is one of the areas of concern that the Russian Federation focuses on to contribute to development of the circular economy and the climate action programs.
