New dates will be announced later.
Having analyzed the situation with opening of the borders and international air traffic resumption, the organizers of the Forum are considering rescheduling of the event for later dates.
Rescheduling of the 8th Russian International Energy Forum is associated with the world’s step-by-step recovery from the pandemics and conscious regard to global safety standards.
ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre is ready to welcome visitors: they implement epidemiological safety measures and have the permission of Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights) to resume holding the events. In August, as well as early in September, the venue hosted several events that were attended by 50+ thousand people, namely AgroRus Exhibition Market, InterFood St. Petersburg Exhibition, and InterStroyExpo Engineering Exhibition. In September, the venue will house the International Forum on Development of Transport Corridors Infrastructure TRANSTEC. Before the year is out, ExpoForum has over 60 events on its calendar.
“We’ve taken great efforts to synchronize these two major industrial projects and to hold a new format event with large-scale engagement of international partners at the same venue. Unfortunately, if the forums take place in October, we won’t be able to present every activity planned and unlock their entire potential due to restricted international air traffic,” said Erik Mkrtchyan, Head of the Russian International Energy Forum.
Offshore Marintec Russia, the International Exhibition and Conference of Shipbuilding and Hi-Tech Equipment Development for the Arctic and Continental Shelf Reclamation, is taking place in ExpoForum in accordance with the previously made schedule, from October 6 to 9, 2020.
