Activities:
• improving the efficiency and reliability of heat supply in the Russian Federation;
• reducing costs and increasing the investment attractiveness of heat supply facilities;
• development of a science-based technical policy for the development and reconstruction of heat supply systems of the Russian Federation;
• informational, methodological, technical and legal support of the Partnership participants.
