The Russian International Energy Forum will take place on 24 through 26 of April, 2024, in the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre.
“Safety precautions in the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre have been reinforced in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Rosgvardiya (National Guards of Russia), the Federal Security Service, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. In particular, the access control rules will be toughened, new security posts will be established, and outdoor patrols will be arranged.
Firefighting, smoke extraction, and alerting systems were inspected out-of-schedule, and everything operates as planned. The Centre has been additionally equipped with technical means to make your stay within even safer.
Vehicles that enter the premises of the Convention and Exhibition Centre, including personal cars of the visitors, will be inspected and searched. Please be patient and make sure you come early enough to pass the control and be in time for your event.
The Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs is merging all the experience obtained as regards to safety and security arrangements. Moreover, they discuss the best cases and develop recommendations.
