RIEF will celebrate the 10th birthday.
The convention program of the Anniversary Forum, which is scheduled for April 26 through 28, 2022, will embrace dozens of industry-specific conferences and round-table discussions, covering key trends and spheres that determine further development of energy resources in Russia and abroad.
Some of the main subjects on the convention program are carbon regulations for the Russian fuel and energy sector; energy safety and technological independence; global digitalization and automation trends; world-scale ecological issues; the fuel and energy sector development strategy with regard to new local and external challenges; rates regulations; network reliability enhancement, and many more.
Much attention will be paid to extension of international cooperation that sustain Russia’s positive image of the key player in the global energy market, capable of solving its tasks in consistence with visions and opinions of all the market participants.
Advanced technologies and equipment will be showcased at the 29th International Specialised Exhibition “Power and Electrical Engineering.” The exposition will visualize domestic demands of Russia’s fuel and energy market along with export potential of Russian producers.
As usual, the Russian International Energy Forum is powered by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Government of St. Petersburg as well as industry associations and unions.
In 2021, the 9th Russian International Energy Forum took place in the hybrid format. The Forum engaged 900+ delegates and was attended by 5,000 people, including participants from France, Italy, Slovakia, USA, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and the Republic of Belarus.
At the same venue with RIEF 2022 the 18th International Exhibition “Municipal Housing Complex of Russia” will take place.
